On Saturday afternoon of March 22, 2025, the National University of Battambang, under the high presidency of His Excellency SOK Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang welcomed His Excellency THENG Chan Sangvar, Secretary of State, the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and his colleague. His Excellency THENG Chan Sangvar gave a special lecture on “Framework of Policies and Laws Governing Construction Sector in Cambodia.”
The lecture attracted a large audience including 400 students, staff, officials, and representatives from related faculties. During the session, His Excellency THENG Chan Sangvar shared valuable insights on policy frameworks and legal regulations governing Cambodia’s rapidly developing construction sector.
