On Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, the University of Battambang signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the RHAC Organization. The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Sok Khorn, Rector of the University of Battambang, and Dr. Saphon Somolynith, Deputy Executive Director of the RHAC Organization.

The purpose of this MoU signing ceremony is to enhance awareness and understanding of sexual and reproductive health, as well as rights, and to strengthen the capacity of stakeholders through training, promoting open dialogue, and fostering collaboration in research, advocacy, and dissemination efforts. This Memorandum of Understanding represents a collaborative effort between civil society organizations and higher education institutions to contribute to raising awareness about health, particularly sexual health, reproductive health, and rights, among youth.
