Students majoring in tourism from the 19th Generation of the Faculty of Business Administration and Tourism applied the theories learned in their Food Production course through hands-on practice. Under the guidance of their expert instructors, they explored culinary techniques such as:

  1. Preparing spring roll wrappers (fried or crispy)
  2. Making jam
  3. Creating fresh or grilled spring rolls and BBQ
