On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, His Excellency Sok Khorn, Rector of the University of Battambang, welcomed a high-level World Bank delegation led by Mr. Sumir Lal, Regional Director for External Relations and Corporate Affairs, and Ms. Geetanjali, Head of Communications for East Asia and Pacific Region of the World Bank. This visit was conducted with the purpose of understanding the implementation results of the Higher Education Improvement Project, during which the university presented various project outcomes and shared plans for Phase 2 of the Higher Education Improvement Project.
