On Sunday, November 3, 2024, the Faculty of Sociology and Community Development at the National University of Battambang organized a Mock Trial Competition on “The Right to a Fair Trial” under the presidency of Mr. Tieng Morin, Vice Rector, high representative of His Excellency Sok Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang. The competition included 3 judges and 4 contestants. This competition aimed to allow students to study court trial procedures, provide students with theoretical studies linked to practical application in competitive trials, build students’ confidence in their legal studies, and select students for competitions with other schools.
