Faculty of Science and Technology at NUBB,in collaboration with USAID and Amazon

On the morning of Tuesday, September 10, 2024, the Faculty of Science and Technology at the National University of Battambang,
in collaboration with USAID (Digital Workforce Development) and Amazon, organized the opening of a training course for Information Technology students and related disciplines.
The program named Cloud4Cambodia, covers Cloud Computing – AWS Cloud Foundation was chaired by Mr. Teang Morin,
Vice Rector of National University of Battambang, High Representative, H.E. Sok Khorn, Rector of National University Battambang.

This training will cover the following topics:

Cloud Concepts
Cloud Economics and Billing
AWS Global Infrastructure
AWS Cloud Security
Networking and Content Delivery
Compute Services
Storage Services
Database Services
Cloud Architecture
Auto Scaling and Monitoring
Preparation for AWS Cloud Practitioner Examination.
The training will be held at the National University of Battambang for a duration of 3 weeks (equivalent to 45 hours), with 33 students participating. Upon completion of this course, students will have the opportunity to take the exam and obtain an internationally recognized certificate from Amazon.
