On the morning of Tuesday, July 23, 2024, the Department of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Science and Technology at the National University of Battambang organized a workshop on “𝑳𝒂𝒘𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒊𝒂.” The workshop was attended by second-year, third-year, and fourth-year civil engineering students and was chaired by His Excellency Sok Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang.
Main objectives of the workshop:

• Provide an understanding of the construction laws of all types in Cambodia.
• Explain the process of preparing documents for construction permits, including the relevant units and individuals involved in the process.
• Clarify the implementation steps to follow after obtaining a construction permit.
