On the afternoon of Monday July 3, 2023, H.E. SOK Khorn, the Rector of National University of Battambang (NUBB) warmly welcomed delegates from Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) led by Mr. Rho Hyunjun, Country Director in Cambodia to discuss and strengthen the cooperation between NUBB and Korean party in the field of Arts and Culture, and Korean Education as well as to warmly welcome new KOICA’s volunteer, Mr. Park Chang Bum, to work in the Department of Korean of the Institute of Foreign Languages. H.E. Rector expressed his profound thanks to KOICA for taking part in the development of Cambodia, especially human resource in the field of Korean language in Northwest of Cambodia. Similarly, KOICA’s director appreciated the development of NUBB under the leadership of H.E. Rector-NUBB is clean and green, and has comfortable learning and teaching environment; most importantly, the number of students has remarkably increased in the last three years.
