On the morning of 28 May, 2022, the National University of Battambang hosted the talk under the theme ” Sub-National Administrative Management in Battambang Province” presided over by H.E. Sok Lou, provincial governor. The Event’s participants are NUBB management teams, lecturers, staff, students as well as the provincial authorities. This talk aimed at linking the theoretical and research into the real practices in the society. It also provides the knowledge and experiences to the undergraduate and graduate students on the Sub-national Administrative Management via decentralization and deconcentration reforms of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
