On the afternoon of Saturday 19, March, 2022, the National University of Battambang held the opening ceremony of the 1st promotion of PhD program in Educational Science specialized in Educational Management presided over by H.E. Sok Khorn, Rector of the National University of Battambang. This orientation aims to orient the PhD candidate and to share the succussful PhD experience by two distinguished speakers, Dr. Sok Soth, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Royal University of Phnom Penh and Mr. Ly Vannarath, PhD candidate, Education University of Hong Kong.
