Monitoring meeting on the progress of the project entitled “Strengthening Engineering Education and Research for Industrial Development in Cambodia (LBE)” and preparing an operational plan for 2022 funded by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
On Monday of December 6th, 2021, His Excellency Sok Khorn, rector of the National University of Battambang led a meeting to review the progress of the project on “Strengthening Engineering Education and Research for Industrial Development in Cambodia (LBE)” and preparing an operational plan for 2022 funded by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) through Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). This meeting consists of three main purposes including reviewing the status of project implementation and administering an operational plan for 2022, Training program for NUBB’s Technical team on Server management and operation and LMS management. This meeting was attended by LBE project coordinator from JICA and Technical team from ITC. As a result, His Excellency Rector highly evaluated the efforts of the team and the achievement recently; especially, thanked to the LBE project, JICA and Technical team from ITC for providing two more new servers and effectively trained NUBB’s technical team on Server management and maintenance, and LMS management responding to the needs of students in the context of new learning pathways and digital policies of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
