On the morning of Monday 18th October 2021, the National University of Battambang organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between the National University of Battambang and 10 High Schools in Banteay Meanchey Province. This ceremony was presided over by H.E. Sok Khorn, Rector of National University of Battambang, and directors of 10 High Schools led by Mrs. Phlong Keomhoun, Deputy Chief of Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Banteay Meanchey. The aims of this ceremony are to expand cooperation and to support each other in the educational sector in Banteay Meanchey province as well as the Northwest Zone of Cambodia. It should be noted that this cooperation is an important factor in developing the human resources, improving education in Cambodia, and developing socio-economics of the country.
