On the morning of 14 September 2021, H.E. Sok Khorn, Rector of Battambang National University, participated in a forum on “Bilingual education (French-Khmer) in Cambodia: challenges and perspectives” by Zoom, organized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports under presidency of H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, minister of . The main objectives of this forum are to promote the French-Khmer bilingual classroom program, to understand the challenges and solutions, as well as to determine the perspective of the French-Khmer bilingual program for the coming academic years. There are 300 participants attended this forum comprising the organizers of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the representative of French Embassy in Cambodia, representatives of higher education institutions, teachers of French-Khmer bilingual program and some students.
