On August 13, 2021, the National University of Battambang organized a signing ceremony of the Cooperative Agreement between Graduate School, Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Education, Institute of Foreign Languages of the National University of Battambang and Faculty of Education, Institute of Foreign Languages of the Royal University of Phnom Penh under the chairmanship of Dr. Oum Ravi, Vice rector of the Royal University of Phnom Penh and Mr. TEP Neavea, vice rector of the National University of Battambang. The purposes of the cooperation are to create new educational programs of master and bachelor on Educational Sciences as well as the bachelor’s program on International Relations. Both universities commit to strengthen the cooperation for promoting prestige, excellence and trust in their quality of higher education.
