His Excellency SAR SOKHA, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the president of NUBB’s Management Body presided over a signing Memorandum of Understanding ceremony between National University of Battambang and National Meanchey University.
On Tuesday afternoon of June 15th, 2021, The National University of Battambang had signed a memorandum of understanding ceremony with National Meanchey University under the present of His Excellency SAR SOKHA, Secretary of State, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the president of NUBB’s Management Body. His Excellency SOK KHORN, rector of National University of Battambang and Mr. Chea Soeun, vice rector of National Meanchey University, read out a brief report on the progress of the two universities in the context of the commission’s reform in this ceremony. Speaking at the MOU signing ceremony, His Excellency SAR SOKHA praised the leaders and all members of the management body of the two national universities as well as rector, vice rectors, teachers and staff at all levels who worked hard to implement the planning of the commission’s reforms with a fruitful result.
