The memorandum of understanding between National University of Battambang (NUBB) and Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) was held at RUPP Phnom Penh, under the presence of His Excellency SOK KHORN, Rector of NUBB and His Excellency Dr. CHET CHEALY, Rector of RUPP.
The main aims of this MOU are:
- Find out the possibilities to exchange teaching staff, research and other dialogue that offer benefits to both institutions
- Find out the possibilities of curriculum development at all level
- Finding and joining research project which will benefits to both institutions
